Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
