At FTHESOCIETY, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Some of our products are made on demand or released through limited preorder drops to reduce waste and maintain exclusivity.

Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and current demand.

Processing Time

Standard orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days.

Preorder and limited drop items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated production times will always be mentioned on the product page whenever applicable.

Shipping Times

Ireland & Europe: approximately 3–10 business days.

International orders: approximately 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by holidays, customs delays, or courier issues outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your order.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

FTHESOCIETY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
